Description
The reagent set is designed to identify DNA markers for genetically modified plants (p35S, tNOS, pFMV) and plant DNA in feed, food and food products, plant raw materials and crop material using real-time DNA amplification.
The reagent kit specifically amplifies fragments of the p35S promoter from the Cauliflower Mosaic Virus genome, the tNOS terminator of the nopaline synthase gene from Agrobacterium tumefaciens, the pFMV promoter from the Figwort Mosaic Virus genome, and plant DNA in a multiplex format.
