Description
The reagent set is designed to identify DNA markers for genetically modified plants (pSsuara pro-motor, gene pat, tE9 terminator, ctp2-cp4epsps) in feed, food products, plant raw materials and crop material using a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with a fluorescent detector in real time.
The reagent set allows specific amplification of the promotor pSsuara gene fragments of the small subunit riblozosofostosylase from Arabidopsis thaliana; the gene pat phosphinotricin N-acetyl transphrazine from Sreptomyces viridochromogenes; the terminator tE9 of the small subunit ribulosophosphosphate carboxilase Pisaum sativum; the design of ctp2-cp4epsps (the compound of chloroplastic-transit peptide (CTP2) from Arabidopsis thaliana and the gene of epsps from the A. tumefaciens CP4 (epsps).
