Description
The reagent set is designed to identify DNA markers for genetically modified plants in feed, food products, plant raw materials and crop material using a polymeric chain (PCR) reaction with fluorescent detection in real time.
The reagent set allows specific amplification of parts of the p35S genom of the cauliflower Mosaic Virus (Cauliflower Mosaic Virus); the tNOS gene of nopaline synthesis from Agrobacterium tumefaciens, the pFMV genomic genomic of the moronics virus (Figworth Mosaic Virus)
