Intended use
Description
A double antigen ELISA to detect antibodies directed against Burkholderia mallei, in the serum or plasma of horses, donkeys, mules or other sensitive species.
- It has excellent specificity (100 per cent, n = 856) and sensitivity (100 per cent, n = 86).
- Provides higher diagnostic efficiency (Se, Sp) than CFT (Elschner et al. 2021).
- Simple in use, ready-made reagents, only 90 minutes.
- The FLI is registered in Germany and is available for immediate shipment worldwide.
- Excellent reproducibility, reliability, repeatability and stability.
