The antigen of rapid sliding agglotination to detect antibodies against Brucella abortus, melitensis or suis in cattle, sheep, goats and pigs.
- Suspension of the Waibridge strain No. 99 Brucella abortus Biovar 1, activated by heating and phenol and painted with Bengal rose in an acidic buffer.
- Calibrated against the OIEISS international Brucella standard serum and the national secondary serum to be positive at a 1/45 dilution and negative at a 1/55 dilution, in accordance with European Directive CEE 64/432 and WOAH (OIE) requirements.
