Intended use
Description
Indirect ELISA for antibodies detection to Brucella abortus, melitensis or suis in serum or plasma blood of cattle, sheep, goats and pigs (individual and combined samples up to 10 samples).
- Standardized in accordance with WOAH (OIE) specifications and Annex C of European Directive CEE 64/432 for testing the OIEELISAspISS standard serum
- Reliability, universality Short-term or "night-time" incubator studies for individual or combined samples up to 10 samples
- Potential to explore different species of animals: Gums and pigs
