ID Screen® Newcastle Disease Indirect Conventional Vaccines
Intended use
Description
Indirect ELISA for detecting antibodies to Newcastle disease virus (NDV) in chicken and turkey serum and egg yolk.
For diagnosing infection or quantifying antibody levels in birds immunised with conventional vaccines.
Note: most ID Screen chicken kits use similar protocols (buffers, incubation times and temperatures).
- Use of standard vaccines in monitoring immunization programmes (live and inactivated vaccines)
- High specificity and low level of false reactions
- High correlation with the haemagglutination inhibition test
- Short incubation period: 75 minutes (30-30-15)
- Application for egg yolk (sampling convenience and prevention of stress reactions in hens)
- Integrated data analysis using IDSoft™ software
- Positive and negative reference sera are available for internal control
