ID Screen® Newcastle Disease Nucleoprotein Indirect
Intended use
Description
The only commercially available indirect ELISA for detecting antibodies to Newcastle disease virus (NDV) nucleoprotein in chicken and turkey serum.
Note: most ID Screen chicken kits use similar protocols (buffers, incubation times and temperatures).
- Use in disease diagnosis in chickens (broilers, breeders and layers) and turkeys
- Use as DIVA* analysis: can be used together with ID Screen Newcastle Disease Indirect ELISA to detect natural infection in animals vaccinated with rHVT-F vaccines
- Application for egg yolk (easier sample preparation and reduced stress in laying hens)
- Short incubation period: 75 minutes (30-30-15)
*DIVA Analysis: Differentiation of infected and vaccinated animals
