Dear Partners, report on our new development: PCR-TURKEY-HAEMORRHAGIC-ENTERITIS-FAKTOR (cat. D53125-VET) designed to detect DNA virus of Indian hemorrhagic enterite (Turkey adenevirus 3, Turkey siadenovirus A, THEV).
The set identifies the DNA virus using a PCR with a fluorescent on-line, ensuring high sensitivity and specific diagnostics.
The test system can be used to analyse different types of biomaterials, including plaque and feces, cloaca swabs, intestinal fragments and spleen, and the set is suitable for research into micro-organisms cultures and runoff from surfaces.
