The set is designed to identify RNA for the infectious anemia of salmon (Infectious Salmon Anemia virus, ISA) in biological material (int blood, pool of parhenchimatose organs (heart, kidneys), gills), as well as in infected cultures by a reverse OT and amplification to DNA with fluorescent decoupling in "real time" mode.
