We've developed a new PCR set. PCR-MYCOPLASMOSIS-HYOP-FAKTOR designed to detect DNA Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae in real time.
The kit is suitable for the analysis of various types of material: tracheobronchial swabs, bronchalveal lava, larynx swabs, amygdals, rot throats and bows (especially at early stages of the disease) and lung tissue; it can also be used to study forage, flushes from surfaces and microorganisms cultures.
