Five new VET FAKTOR PCR kits for the diagnosis of mollusc and bird diseases.

We have expanded the test-system line to present five new PCR kits designed to detect the agents of dangerous diseases in oysters and birds.

PCR-PERKINSOSIS-FAKTOR for the definition of DNA Perkinsus marinus in oyster tissues of the Crassostrea and water (Cat. No. D50723-VET).

PCR-BONAMIOSIS-FAKTOR – for the detection of DNA Bonamia spp. in oyster biological material and in waterCat. no. D51424-VET).

PCR-MARTEILIOSIS-FAKTOR – for the diagnosis of Marteilia refringens in oysters and outdoors (or oysters)Cat. no. D51524-VET).

PCR-OYSTER-HERPESVIRUS-FAKTOR – for detecting oyster herpesvirus DNA (Crassostrea spp.) in tissues and water (Cat. no. D50623-VET).

PCR-MAREKS-DISEASE-FAKTOR – for detecting the DNA of the causative agent of Marek’s disease in avian biological material (Cat. № D52625-VET).

The new sets enhance the diagnostic capacity of professionals in aquaculture and veterinary science, and use of PCR tests enables rapid and reliable identification of the agents, reduction of the risks of disease and improved prevention.
